Arizona Cardiology Group Introduce

For individuals in Taiwan seeking information about cardiac care providers, the platform category "Heart Doctor Near Me" typically directs users to local practitioners. However, understanding the experiences of patients with cardiology groups in other regions can offer valuable insights into the spectrum of care available. This overview focuses on the Arizona Cardiology Group, located at Office Complex, 340 E Palm Ln A175, Phoenix, AZ 85004, USA, based on publicly available patient reviews.

While geographically distant for users in Taiwan, Arizona Cardiology Group represents a practice where individuals in Phoenix, Arizona, have sought cardiac care. The available reviews provide a mixed perspective on the group's services, highlighting both positive aspects related to a specific doctor and significant concerns regarding the administrative and operational aspects of the practice.

One patient review expresses strong appreciation for their doctor, Dr. Hines, indicating a positive clinical experience with at least one of the physicians within the Arizona Cardiology Group. The patient explicitly states, "I absolutely love my doctor, Dr. Hines." This positive feedback suggests that the quality of medical care provided by individual doctors within the group may be commendable. However, this positive sentiment is juxtaposed with significant criticism regarding the administrative and service aspects of the practice following their affiliation with Honor Health.

The same reviewer notes a decline in office service after the integration with Honor Health, specifically mentioning issues with unreturned calls and the handling of calls by a call center. The reviewer shares a frustrating experience of waiting for two weeks for a work accommodation form to be completed. This suggests potential inefficiencies in administrative processes and communication within the practice, impacting the patient experience negatively. The reviewer further indicates that they will seek care elsewhere upon Dr. Hines' eventual retirement, underscoring the significant impact of these administrative issues on their overall satisfaction.

Another patient review paints a more critical picture of the Arizona Cardiology Group's environment and staff. This review describes the office as "small, overcrowded and dirty," raising concerns about the physical environment of the clinic and potentially impacting patient comfort and hygiene. Furthermore, the reviewer characterizes the staff as "rude and incompetent," alleging difficulties in communication, such as taking "a half an hour just to get through to the answering service" and the office failing to return calls. The review also mentions mistakes in scheduling and prescription handling, indicating potential systemic issues within the administrative operations of the practice.

This second review concludes with a significant statement: "I have no idea. If this doctor is competent, but his staff sure isn't." This suggests a potential disconnect between the perceived competence of the medical professionals and the effectiveness of the supporting staff and administrative processes. The negative experiences with the staff and office environment appear to overshadow any potential positive aspects of the medical care itself for this particular reviewer.

Based on the provided information, it is challenging to offer a comprehensive overview of the specific services provided by Arizona Cardiology Group. However, as a cardiology group, it is reasonable to infer that they offer a range of services related to the diagnosis, treatment, and management of heart conditions. These services typically include consultations, diagnostic tests (such as ECGs, echocardiograms, and stress tests), and treatment for various cardiovascular diseases. However, the reviews do not provide specific details about the range of conditions treated or specialized services offered by the group.

In terms of features, the positive aspect highlighted is the apparent competence of at least one of the doctors, Dr. Hines. Patients who see him seem to have a positive clinical experience. However, the significant negative features reported by other patients include poor office service, difficulty in communication, potential administrative errors (scheduling and prescriptions), and concerns about the cleanliness and overcrowding of the office environment. The integration with Honor Health is also cited as a potential factor contributing to the decline in service quality.

Currently, no promotional information is available for Arizona Cardiology Group in the provided text. The focus of the available information is on patient experiences, which present a mixed picture. While one doctor receives positive feedback, the overall administrative and operational aspects of the practice, as described by the reviews, raise significant concerns.

For users in Taiwan seeking a "Heart Doctor Near Me," Arizona Cardiology Group in Phoenix, USA, is geographically distant. However, the experiences shared by patients offer valuable lessons about the importance of considering not only the competence of individual doctors but also the overall quality of the administrative support and office environment when choosing a healthcare provider. The reviews for Arizona Cardiology Group highlight potential challenges in these areas, even when individual physicians are well-regarded.

In conclusion, the available information regarding Arizona Cardiology Group presents a complex picture. While there is positive feedback regarding at least one doctor within the group, significant concerns are raised about the office service, staff competence, communication, and the physical environment of the clinic. Individuals considering this group for cardiac care should be aware of these reported issues. For users in Taiwan, this information serves as a reminder to thoroughly research and consider all aspects of a healthcare provider, including both the medical expertise and the overall patient experience.

I absolutely love my doctor, Dr. Hines. However since they have joined Honor Health the service from the office has really suffered. Calls are not returned and it seems as though calls are being handled by a call center. I have been waiting for 2 weeks for a work accommodation form to be completed. When Dr. Hines fully retires I will be looking elsewhere for a Dr.

Their office is small, overcrowded and dirty. Their staff is rude and incompetent. It takes a half an hour just to get through to the answering service. And then the office never calls you back. They make mistakes with scheduling. They make mistakes with where to send your prescriptions. I have no idea.If this doctor is competent, but his staff sure isn't.

I have nothing but praise and gratitude for the physicians in this group. I have received very competent, compassionate, highly skilled care. Today, though, I arrived at 945am for my 945 appointment and was told I had to reschedule because I was late. Meanwhile, the subsequent appontmebt was checked in for 10am. I have never been late for an appointment. I found this to be subjective and costly, as it is Dec 30 and my deductible will zero out in 2 days.

Great experience overall on my first visit, office is run professionally. Checking in was a breeze, then took me into the exam room a few minutes early for my echocardiogram. Gary was knowledgeable answering questions and very personable.
