Advent Health & Rothman Orthopedic should get on the same page, you should not be charging a patient twice for the same service. Either advent health charge for the surgeon services or the surgeon. Not both at the same time. Also you should train your staff to listen and look for solutions. It’s incredible how unprofessional your staff is at the time to deal with a patient.

Terrible, horrible, unprofessional, rude, unorganized... The Doctor cancels appointments, the schedulers are ghetto and speak to you like you're just another person calling to bother them. You would think that if it came to cardiac or heart related issues they would even pretend to be kind or compassionate but that is not the case here. You ask to speak to a supervisor and they leave you on hold for 30 minutes then call you to tell you they aren't available... Stay away from these people.

The wait time was minimal. Dr. Toralben Patel is very kind and genuinely cares about her patients. I definitely felt like a valued patient instead of just a number. Her medical assistant was polite.
