Dr. Blau is a phenomenal doctor. He is pleasant and most of all, very knowledgeable and thorough. He was so good during my first appointment that I switch to him as my primary physician. Dr. Blau has horrible bedside manners. In-person he is rude and condescending. My mom was a patient of his. Due to her limited English I went to translate. He was upset, rude and short tempered when asked a question. He did not give me time to translate his response. It was as if how dare I question him. He opened the door and responded in the doorway. I highly suggest another doctor if you want to be treated like a human being. I’m appalled with his behavior and lack of professionalism.
