One review praises the professionalism, knowledgeable and caring (and polite) staff, and specifically highlights Dr. Richardson as thorough and attentive, recommending him highly for his skill and caring attitude. This positive feedback suggests a positive experience with at least one of the physicians and the overall professionalism of the place.

However, another review details a very negative experience with a different physician, Dr. Sun Scolieri. This patient described being yelled at multiple times, feeling that their concerns were not taken seriously, and experiencing a lack of compassion, particularly in light of their personal history. This review raises significant concerns about the patient-physician interaction with Dr. Scolieri. It also mentions a clean office and kind office staff, providing a more nuanced view of the overall environment.

Given these contrasting reviews, it is important for potential patients to be aware of the different experiences reported. The positive review highlights the potential for professional and caring service, particularly with Dr. Richardson. The negative review serves as a caution regarding the experience some patients might have with other providers within the practice, specifically Dr. Scolieri.

This has to be the worst hospital in our country. They don't take of the patients they do not give the proper insulin to type 1 diabetics let my girlfriend go 48 hours no insulin. She had to get out her own meter and insulin to get it under control. Then they went 12 hours and never even checked it so again my girlfriend had to take care of it herself. Washington Healthcare needs to be closed up and investigated for malpractice. I wouldn't take my worst enemy there

Bill was $672. Scheduled a pmt plan for $56 x 12 pmts= $672. First pmt check cashed 2/20. Auto drafted. Sent to collections 3/1. 7 more auto drafted checks cashed. The collection agency hit my credit report twice resulting in almost 100 point drop. Considering my options.
