My mother had an appointment on March 19, 2021 with Morgan Johnson. The experience was excellent from the front desk to the nurse to the Doctor. Everyone took their time getting information and attending to my mother. Means a lot when my mother can see a doctor and the doctor actually sits down and talks and listens to all my mothers concerns. This is an excellent facility.
Excellent physician! Very caring and compassionate. Very thorough. Did not get in a hurry. Thank you Dr. Young. Also, Jennifer was very nice and helpful. The girls at the desk was very friendly and allowed us to take our time in giving information. We drove from Athens Alabama to see the physician in this group. We would rate them the best.
I brought my husband here to have an echo done. The woman in front started demanding me to wear a mask and I told her I couldn't. She then threatened to call security and have me removed. She also demanded a letter from my doctor and that is a violation of HIPPA. Also they violated federal law for harassment of a service dog handler.
