I cannot rate this horrible experience. Appointment was scheduled for 4:!5. I finally got tired of waiting, so at 5:17 (an hr and 2 minutes past the scheduled appointment) I went looking for someone. Unfortunately, for the office mgr I found her. This is completely disrespectful and unacceptable. I left without seeing the physician. Not one person had the decency to stick their head in the door and, at the very least, check on me

Dr. BouSamra is always so kind and takes his time with every one of his patients. I'm never upset if I have to wait because I know if I have questions he will take the time to answer them and make sure I understand. His staff is also very kind and easy to interact with. I travel 45 minutes to see him and do not mind at all.

Wasn't seen until 35 minutes after my appointment time. However, the care given was excellent, thorough and professional.
