It has a great indoor track which is good in the heat of the summer, rainy days, and winter. So, if you want to avoid bad weather, it’s a comfortable place to walk or jog. Also lots of equipment, mid-day is the best for working out uninterrupted. Beautiful large lap pool and water classes. The staff are friendly and the facility is clean. I would rate it a 10, in comparison to all the gyms in Chapel Hill and Carrboro.

Very satisfied with my experience. I feel so encouraged to continue my at home exercise, tho as anyone over the age of 80 who has been advised to embark on an long term self-directed program, I know that will be challenging. Kristina Goodridge has been a true inspiration. So grateful to her.

The center must do something to make lanes available for people who want to swim laps. The reservations are all taken and every time I go there 3 of the 5 lanes are filled with people just standing in the water. They aren't even walking, they just stand there. Have one lane for people who want to walk or just get in the pool for 30 minutes. Reserve the lap lanes for people who want to swim laps!!

Super friendly staff, great equipment and great operating hours. When I first attended I was greeted with a tour to familiarize myself with all the amenities and plethora of workout equipment. Lots of natural lighting. Great place to workout
