Dr. Ketch is mentioned in connection with Skyline Hospital, indicating a possible affiliation or admitting privileges there. While specific details about the clinic's environment are not extensively described online, patient reviews offer contrasting perspectives on the care provided by Dr. Ketch and his staff.

One patient review describes a positive experience with Dr. Ketch, noting that he was assigned to them at Skyline Hospital following a stroke and subsequent discovery of a heart issue. This patient expresses high regard for Dr. Ketch's "attention, honesty and general likability." They specifically commend his helpful and assuring staff, particularly mentioning Amanda. The reviewer emphasizes feeling comfortable and well-attended to by both Dr. Ketch and his team, awarding a five-star rating. This positive feedback suggests that Dr. Ketch is capable of providing attentive and reassuring care, especially in complex situations where patients may be dealing with multiple health concerns.

In contrast, another review presents a significantly negative experience. This reviewer describes Dr. Ketch as having "bad bedside table manner," alleging that he spent less than ten minutes discussing troubling heart concerns with the patient's wife. The reviewer further claims that Dr. Ketch interrupted their questions and dismissed their concerns as an overreaction. Notably, this review mentions Dr. Ketch stating that while he had some knowledge of a specific diagnosis (redacted in the review), he did not know much about it, which understandably caused concern for the patient and their family. The reviewer also states that Dr. Ketch abruptly ended the consultation while they still had questions, ultimately leading them to decide not to return to his practice.

Given these contrasting reviews, it is challenging to definitively characterize the typical environment and patient experience at Dr. Ketch's office. It appears that some patients find him attentive and his staff helpful, while others have experienced issues with his communication style and perceived thoroughness. Potential patients may need to weigh these differing accounts when considering Dr. Ketch for their cardiac care needs.

Bad bedside table manner. He took less than 10 mins to speak to my wife about troubling concerns regarding her heart. He wouldn’t even let me finish a question without cutting me off & Basically told us we were overreacting. To make things worse he said while he is educated about *diagnoses redacted*, he doesn’t know much about it 😳 He did give some useful tips however he got up in the middle of us asking him questions and ushered us through the door. Never going back to this place.

I really love this office and the whole team. I’ve been seeing Dr. Ketch for about one year now and he’s being amazing. He is calm, levelheaded, supportive, and explains everything distinctly. He and his whole team are so friendly, helpful, and most importantly, they are non-judgmental to one’s past. I am always seen before my appointment time which never happens when you go to the doctor (I think we can all agree on that). Super grateful for Dr. Ketch and his team!

As always, it was a very short wait for the nurse to call me back. After she took my weight & blood pressure, she took my medical history of prescriptions. Then the doctor came in. I informed him of a previous visit two days prior that concerns elevated BP - the circumstances for that visit with particular Dr. He listened we discussed possibly increasing my BP medication & agreed not to, then he ordered another one year f/up appt. Unless I felt I needed to see him before then.
