I guess I’m lucky. Yes, some of my appointments have been rescheduled but that’s life. Had a bad EKG and got my treatment started. Explanations were easy to understand and follow up was reasonable. Front and back staff pleasant and capable. Dr. Rossow, Amy Hiller and Dr. Sam are brilliant and easy to work with.
Doctor is great, but can't get an appointment for follow up. Calender goes out 3 months, full, then need to call constantly to find out when the next month opens up. Really frustrating.
I'm a general dentist and sometimes I have to get consult from this place. The quality of communications from this group really is lacking. They don't want to answer things due to liability, and don't provide information regarding what I'm trying to get from them in the first place.
