Very impressed by the doctor & staff at this office. Professional, friendly & compassionate. They made me feel relaxed & well taken care of while I was there for an office visit & some subsequent medical tests. Other family members have had the same experience.
Had an afternoon appointment when the office called to ask if I could come in an hour earlier. I took more time off from work to accommodate the physician. When I arrived early, as requested, I had to wait while they celebrated a birthday, and then I was called back by the MA at my original appointment time. The MA treated me like she was a correctional officer. Very bossing, and had no personality, nasty attitude, guess it wasn't her b-day. I took this as a direct reflection of the provider.
I am excited that this office has very professional staff members and doctors. I know they care about all their patients and our concerns about our health.
