Precision Cardiac and Vascular Care Introduce

For individuals in Mansfield, Texas, seeking a "Heart Doctor Near Me," Precision Cardiac and Vascular Care, situated at 221 Regency Pkwy #105, Mansfield, TX 76063, USA, offers cardiac and vascular services. They can be contacted at (214) 884-7525 or via their mobile number +1 214-884-7525. However, it is essential for potential patients to carefully consider the experiences shared by recent reviewers, which highlight significant administrative and communication challenges at this facility.

One patient expresses profound dissatisfaction with the clinic's operational efficiency, stating, "I was thoroughly unhappy with this facilities lack of submitting referral in timely manner, lack of communication, and difficulties reaching someone in their office when attempting to call. This has been the worst experience I have had in the 30 years I have resided in the DFW area. I would have given a zero if possible for the Mansfield location off Regency road. Flat out incompetence with a lack of care and concern for me as a patient." This strongly negative review points to serious issues with the timely processing of referrals, a lack of effective communication with patients, and difficulties in contacting the office via phone. The reviewer characterizes the experience as "flat out incompetence" and expresses a lack of care and concern from the facility.

Another patient recounts a frustrating experience involving a pre-operative referral: "I was referred to Dr. Taylor by my back specialist for a pre-operative check up. The referral was faxed Sept. 25. I called to make an appointment 2 weeks later, since they had not contacted me. I was scheduled for Oct. 14. When I came to the office, the receptionist was rude, said I did not have an appointment, and that she would not schedule an appointment for me. I went back to the referring group, where an appointment was made for me with a different cardiology group. By the time I got home from setting up the new appointment, I had a message to call Premier to set up my appointment, since they had received my referral on October 14, two hours after the appointment they said I did not have. Coincidence? I don't think so!" This detailed account reveals significant administrative errors, including a delay in processing the initial referral, a rude receptionist who denied the existence of a scheduled appointment, and a subsequent contradictory message indicating the referral was received on the very day the appointment was supposedly missed. This series of events suggests significant disorganization and a lack of effective communication within the office, leading to considerable inconvenience and frustration for the patient.

Based on these reviews, the environment at Precision Cardiac and Vascular Care appears to be plagued by administrative and communication issues that severely impact the patient experience. Key concerns about the environment include:

  • **Inefficient Referral Handling:** Delays in submitting referrals can impede timely access to necessary cardiac care.
  • **Poor Communication:** Lack of proactive contact with patients and difficulty reaching the office by phone create significant barriers to care.
  • **Unresponsive or Rude Staff:** Negative interactions with staff members, such as a rude receptionist, can lead to a distressing patient experience.
  • **Disorganization and Errors:** Mismanagement of appointments and referrals indicates a lack of efficient administrative processes.
  • **Lack of Patient Care and Concern:** At least one reviewer explicitly felt a lack of care and concern from the facility.

The services offered at Precision Cardiac and Vascular Care are implied to include general cardiology and vascular care, given the clinic's name. These services likely encompass:

  • Cardiac consultations and evaluations.
  • Vascular assessments.
  • Pre-operative cardiac check-ups (as mentioned in one review).
  • Diagnostic testing for heart and vascular conditions.
  • Management of various cardiovascular diseases.

However, the negative reviews do not provide insights into the quality of the medical care provided by the physicians themselves. The focus of the feedback is primarily on the administrative and communicative aspects of the practice.

Features of Precision Cardiac and Vascular Care, based on the available patient feedback, are predominantly negative and center around administrative and communication shortcomings:

  • **Lack of Timely Referral Processing:** This can delay necessary medical evaluations and procedures.
  • **Poor Communication with Patients:** This can lead to confusion, frustration, and a lack of trust.
  • **Difficulties in Contacting the Office:** This creates barriers for patients needing to schedule appointments, ask questions, or address concerns.
  • **Potentially Unprofessional Staff Interactions:** Rudeness from staff members can negatively impact the patient experience.
  • **Disorganized Administrative Processes:** Errors in appointment scheduling and referral management indicate a lack of efficiency.

Currently, there is no promotional information available in the provided reviews. Individuals interested in learning more about the specific services offered by Precision Cardiac and Vascular Care or any potential changes in their administrative processes should contact the clinic directly at (214) 884-7525.

In conclusion, while Precision Cardiac and Vascular Care in Mansfield, TX, is an option for individuals seeking a "Heart Doctor Near Me," the available patient reviews raise significant concerns regarding the clinic's administrative efficiency, communication practices, and staff interactions. Potential patients are strongly advised to carefully consider this feedback, which points to issues with referral handling, communication difficulties, and organizational errors. It would be prudent to weigh these reported negative experiences against the potential benefits of seeking care at this facility and perhaps explore alternative cardiology practices in the Mansfield area to ensure a smoother and more patient-focused healthcare experience.

I have been a patient at Precision Cardiac and Vascular for 6 years. Dr. Hussain is extremely nice and friendly. The staff is just as friendly and I have had no billing or insurance issues. I feel that I receive good advice on my cardiac health from Dr. Hussain. I would recommend Precision Cardiac and Vascular to anyone needing heart related medical services.
