This is no place with personal to work in a front office dealing with patients. Really makes you feel uncomfortable. Felt so bad for the worker and then was rude to another patient checking in. If you don’t like your job, then quit because there’s other people out there, who are more than happy to take the position and show empathy towards patients and workers. Management should make her take a anger management course because really just a nasty attitude.
