This review is re: the office staff only. Dr. Andrews himself is wonderful and has amazing bedside manner. The office staff including Nida, Shannon or Sharon, (nurse and secretaries) are beyond unprofessional and rude. They are actually mean. It’s a shame that they represent him. We are now considering switching cardiologists just so we don’t have to deal with his staff.

Dr. Andrews is an amazing doctor however his billing service is horrible. Still trying to get them to resend a claim from March to the insurance. It was originally processed wrong and needed to be resubmitted. I called 3 times and even spoke to the biller at his office and as of today 7/31, still not resent and they keep on sending an invoice monthly to pay, which I went ahead and paid. Dr.Andrews need to look into this as it is not fair to patients.

I adore Dr Andrews, he is the best. On the other hand, his office staff is the WORST ever. You can't get anyone to answer the phone to schedule an appointment; it takes weeks and numerous calls. I was there several weeks ago and was told someone on his staff would call me to schedule an appointment for a stress test. Still waiting. He needs to address the issue.

Dr Andrews is my husband's cardiologist. He's personally invested in his patients and I must say I was impressed with his bedside manners. He's a Dr that cares.
