The address on SE Stratus Avenue suggests that the Northwest Cardiovascular Institute - McMinnville office is likely situated within a medical building or complex in a professional area of McMinnville. While specific details about the clinic's interior are not provided in the available information, patients can generally anticipate a standard medical office environment. • Cardiology Consultations: Appointments with cardiologists for the evaluation of heart-related symptoms, risk factors for heart disease, and the management of existing cardiovascular conditions.
  • Electrocardiogram (ECG/EKG): A standard diagnostic test to measure the electrical activity of the heart.
  • Echocardiography: An ultrasound imaging technique to visualize the heart's structure and function.
  • Stress Testing: To assess the heart's response to exercise or medication, helping to detect conditions like coronary artery disease.
  • Holter and Event Monitoring: Portable devices used to record the heart's rhythm over extended periods to identify intermittent arrhythmias.
  • Management of Common Cardiovascular Conditions: Including hypertension, high cholesterol, heart failure, and atrial fibrillation. This often involves medication management and lifestyle recommendations.
  • Referrals for Advanced Procedures: For patients requiring more complex interventions such as cardiac catheterization, angioplasty, stenting, or cardiac surgery, the McMinnville office would likely facilitate referrals to other specialists or facilities within the Northwest Cardiovascular Institute network or affiliated hospitals.

Been seeing Dr. Spears for some heart issues I've been having. Checked in for my appointment today and the receptionist was very rude and disrespectful. She kept calling me by my last name only and I told her my name and to please call me by my first name and she refused to acknowledge or respect me. She treats me rude every time I have an appointment. You need to hire staff that are more friendly and respectful to their patients. Very UNPROFESSIONAL and rude!!!
