Called for an appointment and lady was very rude. She continued to cut me off mid sentence. I was very nice to her regardless. She then put me on hold and hung up a short while after. I’ve called this practice on three separate occasions and they’ve been very rude every time.

I can concur onthe rude person who takes calls. In the prior to covid, therudeness was consistent and intolerable and made my experience dreadfull because I shouldn't have to engage in a conflictual interaction when my health is of the MOST CONCERN!. Looking to move on as well!!
