This is easily the worst front office to a doctors I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. So many phone calls over 10 days. 4 separate people promising to call back and never do. I have to change a script, that’s it. The pharmacy even faxed them a change order and they can’t figure it out. I can’t wait to never deal with these people again. You’d think a doctors office would care about people?
