I have never spoken to a more unknowledgeable or apathetic person on the phone when trying to get information about a heart and vascular screen. Casey, you need to be properly trained or find a new profession. Considering I called the Heart & Vascular Institute this is unacceptable.

Registration- Excellent Wait time- less than 10 minutes Technical Excellent Provider- Megan French- Excellent Megan spent quite a lot of time discussing symptoms before treatment and after medication was given and what I should expect from that. Lab was ordered to verify results. I felt very comfortable that I was heard and that I could contact her with questions/concerns.
