Extremely unprofessional and rude. Might be one of the worst doctors in the history of medicine. The fact that this guy has a medical degree is astounding. Stay far away from him and the rest of steward health. Destroying medical care is a common trend with steward and this doctor is a prime example

He spends a tremendous amount of time with you discussing your health and explaining why he’s treating you with the treatment plan he has set out for you. As a retired registered nurse and nurse manager I can say I’ve never met or worked with a more patient centered provider than Dr Johnstone, I feel extremely fortunate to have him on my team.
I've been working with Dr.Johnstone for at least12 - 13 years as my cardiologist. I appreciate the way he brings younger doctors along through his practice as well as his follow-up attention. He and the hospital's cardio surgeon brought me through a sensitive valve replacement early on. That operation has turned out great success. Yesterday's exam noted low blood pressure : good-bye lisinipril !!!
