Went there last night and the workers were rude. Seemed like they didn't have a game plan on what to do. Was there with my son and daughter and this dude runs up in the ER and started threatening everyone and there was no security. About 5-10 minutes later they come and get dude out, things could have gotten a lot worse. Felt very unsafe and will not go there ever again!
You have to ask CONTINUOUSLY for what you need! The staff yells at each other and other residents and gripe about how much they hate their job. One little man could hardly speak and was begging for help, so I had to get up and get him some help. I was stuck in the hallway by the front door all night every day under the fluorescent lights and could not get any sleep as people were so dang loud! All the other crazy things I've seen!
They are rude, they take several hours to do anything, they do not let you stay in a room with a bed. After you get a IV you get moved to a uncomfortable waiting room. There was even a guy in the waiting room with me who had been shot in the lower belly and was still told he had to wait for the doctor to order medication for it. I was there for kidney stones and was not allowed to drink anything and it took over 4 hours to get results from a urine test and bloodwork.
A lot discrimination I was brought out from the hallway and I ask the front desk nurse if I was discharged and she said you can leave if you wanted…
They're either rude or say they're busy and hang up on you. NEED to learn how to treat people.
