Laura L. Reed Introduce

For individuals in Macon, GA, seeking a "Heart Doctor Near Me," Laura L. Reed is a physician whose name may appear. Located at 575 1st St, Macon, GA 31201, USA, Dr. Reed can be reached at phone number (478) 742-7566 or mobile phone +1 478-742-7566. This introduction aims to provide local users with an objective overview of Dr. Reed's practice, drawing from available patient reviews to understand the potential environment, services, and features.

The provided information does not detail the environment of Dr. Reed's clinic. Typically, a cardiologist's office would be equipped for patient consultations, examinations, and potentially some diagnostic procedures. Being situated at a physical address suggests a dedicated medical space intended to provide cardiac care to the local community.

Based on the patient reviews, we can infer that Dr. Reed provides surgical services, specifically in the realm of cardiac care. One review mentions, "Dr. Reed did a triple bypass on me on the 14th of Dec 2022." This clearly indicates that Dr. Reed performs significant cardiac surgeries. A triple bypass is a major surgical procedure to improve blood flow to the heart. The fact that the patient was "ready to go home 3 days after" suggests a positive surgical outcome in this particular case and potentially efficient post-operative care, although individual recovery times can vary.

However, it is crucial to note that another review presents a contrasting experience, stating, "She blotched my surgery. Now I have to live with alot of compilations from her. I will never get better because of her." This review alleges a negative surgical outcome with lasting complications. The stark difference between these two experiences highlights the variability in individual patient outcomes and perceptions of care.

Regarding the features of Dr. Reed's practice, the positive review offers some insights. The patient who underwent the triple bypass praised Dr. Reed for her attentiveness, noting that she visited him in his room both before and after the surgery to address his needs and questions. Furthermore, this patient appreciated Dr. Reed taking the time to speak specifically with his wife to address her concerns, even deviating from her schedule to do so. This suggests a doctor who is communicative, caring, and willing to engage with both the patient and their family. The reviewer also commended "all the staff and doctors in this group," implying a positive overall experience with the wider medical team.

On the other hand, the negative review does not provide specific details about the process or the environment, but it does express a strong sense of dissatisfaction with the surgical outcome and its lasting impact on the patient's health. This indicates that, like any medical procedure, there are potential risks and that patient experiences can differ significantly.

When considering promotional information, the positive testimonial acts as a strong endorsement, highlighting Dr. Reed's surgical skill, attentiveness, and the positive experience of the patient and their family. The mention of a successful triple bypass and the perceived care provided can be seen as a reason for potential patients to consider Dr. Reed. The commendation of the entire staff also speaks well of the broader practice.

However, the negative review serves as a cautionary note, indicating that adverse outcomes can occur. It is essential for individuals seeking medical care to consider all available feedback, both positive and negative, to form a balanced perspective. This situation underscores the complexity of medical outcomes and the importance of individual experiences.

For local users searching for a "Heart Doctor Near Me," Laura L. Reed's practice at 575 1st St in Macon, GA, presents a mixed picture based on these two available reviews. One patient reports a highly positive experience with a triple bypass surgery, praising Dr. Reed's skill and caring demeanor. Conversely, another patient claims a negative surgical outcome with significant and lasting complications. These contrasting accounts emphasize the importance of considering multiple perspectives and potentially seeking further information when choosing a healthcare provider.

If you are considering Dr. Reed for your cardiac needs, you might want to inquire further about her experience with specific procedures relevant to your condition and perhaps seek additional testimonials or information to gain a more comprehensive understanding of her practice and potential outcomes. Contacting her office at (478) 742-7566 could be a starting point for gathering more information and determining if her services align with your healthcare needs.

In conclusion, Laura L. Reed is a heart doctor located in Macon, GA, who appears to perform cardiac surgeries such as triple bypasses. Patient reviews present divergent experiences, with one praising her skill and care, and another reporting a severely negative outcome. For local users looking for a "Heart Doctor Near Me," it is advisable to consider these varying perspectives and conduct further research to make an informed decision about their cardiac care.

Dr. Reed did a triple bypass on me on the 14th of Dec 2022. What a fantastic job she did. I was ready to go home 3 days after my bypass surgery. Everyday Dr. Reed came to my room before and after the surgery, asking if I needed anything or had any questions. She deviated her schedule a bit to come back on a day to specifically speak with my wife and address her questions and concerns. I can not say enough about all the staff and doctors in this group. They all deserve 5 stars. Thank you Dr. Reed
