If it were possible to give 0 stars, I would. I have been calling for 2 weeks to cancel an appointment and cannot get anyone to return my call or pick up the phone. After being on hold for over 30 minutes on 2 different calls, the line gets cut off. Horrible customer services. Save yourself some time and go somewhere else!
