2 hours and 15 minutes to see the cardiologist for 10 minutes! Poor communication between the physician, scribe and nurse. Did not feel we gained or learned a single thing! The MA was sick and should not have been there at all! Physician was rushed and even complained how too many patients were scheduled for the day. The entire experience was extremely disappointing.

After 8 months of trying to get in I’m not sure if I should still be trying. Can’t even get anyone on the phone better yet in the office. How are there so many people “working” and yet so many underserved patients simply wanting basic car or to even just schedule an appointment. One of my doctors has been questioning my honesty because I’ve been telling him monthly for over half a year that I can’t even talk with anyone.
