Heart Center of Metrowest Introduce

Heart Center of Metrowest is a cardiology practice located at 99 Lincoln St Suite 2, Framingham, MA 01702. As part of the Cardiac Care Hospital platform category, this center specializes in the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of diseases related to the heart and cardiovascular system.

Located in a suite on Lincoln St, the center likely provides a standard medical office environment with consultation rooms, examination areas, and facilities for diagnostic testing. The focus is on outpatient cardiac care.

Patient reviews present a mixed picture of the center's environment and services. One reviewer had an overwhelmingly positive experience with Dr. Christopher Gange and the staff. They highlighted Dr. Gange's personalized care, including providing his work email, personally walking them to the receptionist, and taking the next patient from the waiting room. They also praised the knowledgeable staff, efficient pre-exam process, and proactive scheduling.

However, another reviewer expressed concern about the staff environment, citing an incident of a male provider speaking condescendingly to a female employee. This raised concerns about the emotional safety of the staff and the potential impact on patient care. They described the providers as "stiff and stressed out," suggesting a potentially tense work environment.

Given the mixed reviews, Heart Center of Metrowest likely offers a range of cardiac services, which may include:

  • Cardiac consultations and evaluations
  • Diagnostic testing (ECGs, echocardiograms, stress tests)
  • Management of chronic heart conditions
  • Preventative cardiac care
  • Patient education and counseling

While some patients report excellent experiences with personalized care, potential patients should be aware of the reported concerns regarding the staff environment. It is advisable to consider these factors when seeking care at this practice.

For specific details regarding available services, appointment scheduling, and any current promotional information, please contact Heart Center of Metrowest directly at (508) 875-4811 or +1 508-875-4811. Due to the mixed patient and staff experience reports, potential patients may want to inquire about the specific cardiologist they will be seeing and any concerns regarding staff interaction. It is recommended to confirm appointment details and address any concerns during your initial contact.

Heard a male provider ask a female employee if someone was in the room. Female replies, “no.. actually yes.” Male doctor responds in condescending way, “yes is not no. Yes is yes.” Not a very emotionally safe environment for staff. Providers seem stiff and stressed out. If this is what they’re showing to the patients, what is going on behind closed doors? Very concerning.

The experience of getting problems like refills and other most often simple requests is exhausting. Portal for Tufts is not working like it should Speaking to a human doesn't help either Very disappointed with the Tufts involvement

Dr. Gange and his staff are one of the most professional that I have ever experienced. He is caring and responsive. He treated me with urgency and empathy. Staff is polite and efficient. I have necer had to wait.

Just spoke to the answering service. Woman's name was nat or map... rudest individual I have ever encountered. I was calling on behalf of an elderly patient. I needed to ask when their appointment was. You'd think I asked this woman to literally stop her life and jump off a bridge. Get better customer care people. Absolutely disgusting how she treats people.
