Based on the limited information available, it's challenging to provide a detailed description of the physical environment of Heart and Vascular Care. However, the review mentioning the facility as "Open respectful clean" suggests a healthcare setting that prioritizes patient comfort and hygiene. A clean and organized environment is generally indicative of a practice that values patient well-being. The "open" aspect might refer to the layout or the general atmosphere, potentially suggesting a welcoming space. As a suite within a larger medical parkway, it is likely designed to facilitate patient flow and provide necessary examination and consultation rooms.
Heart and Vascular Care likely offers a range of services focused on the diagnosis, treatment, and management of conditions affecting the heart and blood vessels. Based on the positive review highlighting Dr. Subbiah's thoroughness in explaining cardiac issues, the practice likely prioritizes patient education and clear communication. Typical services offered at a heart and vascular care facility could include:
- Cardiology Consultations: Patients can expect to receive comprehensive evaluations for various cardiac concerns, including chest pain, palpitations, shortness of breath, and risk factors for heart disease. These consultations involve a thorough review of medical history, physical examinations, and discussions about potential diagnostic tests and treatment options.
- Diagnostic Testing: To accurately assess heart function and identify potential issues, the practice likely offers a range of diagnostic tests. These may include electrocardiograms (ECG/EKG), echocardiograms (ultrasound of the heart), stress tests (exercise or pharmacological), Holter monitoring, and possibly vascular ultrasound to evaluate blood flow.
- Management of Chronic Cardiovascular Conditions: A significant aspect of heart and vascular care involves the long-term management of chronic conditions such as hypertension (high blood pressure), hyperlipidemia (high cholesterol), coronary artery disease, heart failure, and atrial fibrillation. This includes medication management, lifestyle recommendations, and regular follow-up care.
- Preventive Cardiology: The practice likely emphasizes the importance of preventing heart disease through risk factor assessment and modification. This may involve counseling on diet, exercise, smoking cessation, and managing other conditions that increase the risk of cardiovascular problems.
- Vascular Services: Given the name "Heart and Vascular Care," the practice likely also offers services related to the diagnosis and management of vascular diseases, which affect the arteries and veins outside the heart. This could include the management of peripheral artery disease, carotid artery disease, and venous insufficiency.
- Coordination of Specialized Care: In cases requiring more specialized interventions or surgical procedures, the practice would likely coordinate care with interventional cardiologists, electrophysiologists, or cardiac surgeons at nearby hospitals or specialized centers.

However, another review provides a more nuanced perspective. While acknowledging the quick service for the crowd and a clean, respectful, and open environment, this patient expressed a desire for Dr. Subbiah to listen more attentively to their specific concerns. The patient, while respecting the doctor's professional expertise, felt that their own understanding of their body and symptoms should have been given more weight in the diagnostic process. This feedback highlights the importance of effective communication and shared decision-making in the doctor-patient relationship. The patient's intention to "trust dot all my i's and cross all my t's" and their belief that starting with their concerns could save time and money suggests a desire for a more collaborative approach to diagnosis.

Dr. Subbiah is a wonderful doctor! He is so thorough and takes whatever time you need to explain your cardiac issue. He has a wonderful support staff as well. We recommend him to all of our friends and do not hesitate to give him a five star review
Quick for the crowd. Open respectful clean. Only critic I wish he would've listened to my concerns better. I know he's the professional and respect that but I've been living w me and this body for almost 36 years. But I'm going to trust dot all my i's and cross all my t's. No harm in ruling out. I just know we could save alot of time and me money if we start by my concern.
The staff here are so helpful and friendly. And Dr. Subbiah is awesome! He is so smart and so kind! Sometimes it can be a bit difficult to find a doctor with both of those qualities! He truly is a great doctor, and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for an excellent cardiologist that genuinely cares about their patients.
Front desk staff was polite. Waited 1 hour and 15 minutes before I was seen by the doctor. My interactions with the doctor were good.
Dr. Baute was highly recommended to my husband and me. My husband has been under his care for a few years. Today was my first experience with him as a patient. I found him to be very caring, thorough & explained things well. We trust him wholeheartedly!! Very knowledgeable.
