Promotional Information:

Emerson Health Cardiology in Concord, MA, provides cardiology services with knowledgeable and attentive doctors. While some patients have had very positive experiences with the doctors and staff, others have reported issues with long wait times and communication. Potential patients should be aware of these mixed reviews. I am fairly new to the practice. What I have experienced so far has been very, very good. The doctors with whom I've dealt are knowledgeable, attentive, thorough and inquisitive. I arrived to my appointment on-time for an imaging test which was to be followed by a second test. First test great. Then, after waiting 45-minutes, double-masked, in an enclosed waiting area for the second test, I finally asked if they had forgotten I was there. Your receptionist told me they had no idea how long the wait would be. I was told I could just wait... or reschedule for later in the day. Thanks but no thanks, I'll find another provider. The system won't allow me to give 0 stars - so I'll rate you 1 star for the really great sonogram tech.

I am fairly new to the practice. What I have experienced so far has been very, very good. The doctors with whom I've dealt are knowledgeable, attentive, thorough and inquisitive. The check-in and check-out processes are quick and easy, and the people working those positions show caring and empathy. All in all, it's been a very positive experience and I would highly recommend.

Called three times this year to make an appt (new patient) and no one answers. You leave a message and no one calls you back. I have to agree here with the other negative comments. The reception of any doctors offices says a lot about the doctors themselves. If reception doesn’t care to call back a person who is having heart trouble, the doctor must not care about their patients.

Everyone was exceptionally friendly and helpful, from the person who checked me in to the person I shared a laugh with when I checked out. Brianna was great and I can’t recommend Dr. Kahan highly enough. Really terrific communication
