As a major medical center, the Pavilion likely houses various amenities for patients and visitors, including on-site pharmacies, dining options (such as the mentioned Starbucks, Panera, and Subway, although access may be restricted under certain conditions), and potentially support services. The overall environment is geared towards providing comprehensive medical care in a setting that prioritizes patient well-being, although specific policies may impact visitor experiences.

However, one review raises a concern regarding a specific visitor policy, stating that entry to the facilities is restricted if two other people are already visiting the same patient, even in public areas like Starbucks, Panera, or Subway within the building. The reviewer reports a lack of clear rationale for this rule and a suggestion to leave the building, with an implied threat of police intervention for non-compliance. This policy, if consistently enforced, could be a significant consideration for patients and their families, potentially limiting support networks during hospital stays. It is important for prospective patients and visitors to be aware of and potentially inquire about current visitor policies.

Husbands appointment was scheduled for 12:30. We arrived at 11:30. Still waiting and it is 1:15. Receptionist is rude and just stated they are running behind and it could be two more hours. Asked if we could walk next door to eat as we have not eaten yet today and she rudely said if you leave and get called your appointment will have to be rescheduled. Multiple people have came and gone since we have been here.

I have told the reception desk people three time through out a 24 hr time span that the men's bathroom really needs to be cleaned. Your feet stick to the floors you can't use the toilet cause there pee all over them. Here are some pictures. Bathroom is located neuroscience 8 East wing.

I arrived early for my appointment and registered but didn't get seen until after an hour pass my appointment time. I watched several folks register after I did yet they were seen and completed their visit before I was even called. I approached registration and informed them that I was still waiting. It took another 30 mins before I was finally seen. I was 45 minutes late for my doctor's appointment because of this.☹️
