They don't return phone calls, and Katrina had a MAJOR attitude problem today when I called in AGAIN to get an appointment today. I don't know how somebody that horrible to customers/patients can stay employed. Unbelievable! The office manager needs to evaluate horrible employees, and do something about them. Katrina should not have a job where she visits with patients, THAT is for sure! Horrible person with a horrible attitude!
I had an appointment and showed up 15minutes early. She said it has not been approved through insurance and that I might have to sign a paper to say I will pay for it. Told her that is not a problem. 25 minutes after my appointment she came in the waiting room and said I will have to reschedule. How unprofessional and a waste of time!
