Medical techs were nice to me but that's it. The nurses here are terrible at blood draws, rude, and don't know the basics of insurance billing. They gave me discharge paperwork with my name spelled wrong and refused to correct it. If they hate disabled people so much they should hide it better or become good at something, ideally their jobs.

Had day surgery last week to remove a tumor on my finger. My entire experience was on time (starting at 6:55AM) with professional, kind, caring staff from check-in to the recovery room. Thank you to the nurses, anesthesiologist and surgeon.

I had a great experience for my procedure yesterday. From checking in with April to the nursing team of Katie, Alex, Elise, Brittany, Stacy, and Jodi to Dr. Ziedins I felt very well cared for. And I was impressed at how collaboratively everyone worked together. Thank you!
