Two years ago today I was taken to the UVM Cardiology Unit urgently needing coronary bypass surgery. The team of skilled professionals that provided my care, surgery and recovery process was nothing short of amazing. I am so grateful to each and every person that worked to get me well again! I have been contacting UVM Cardiology for over a week now, with no call back. My father’s pacemaker battery is low and needs to be changed. The staff at UVM Medical continue to tell me they are scheduling out into January, UVM Medical Cardiology is the one who put the pacemaker/defibrillator in. It’s very frustrating seeing the lack of communication that UVM Medical Cardiology is showing in our time of need.
