Could not be more disappointed in the Peace Health Pavillion Cardiology follow up. I now live in a different state and desperately need my cardiology/ecocardiogram records. I requested in July and since then my cardiologist has requested my records twice. No records. When I contact them they just give me the same phone and fax number. Meanwhile my new cardiologist can't get the tests he needs to review. If it was THEIR heart, I bet they would be more responsive.
Easy to access, great staff in the office and the clinician I have is very patient and listens to my concerns very thoroughly. She is compassionate and didn't have me feeling like I was rushed through- when I leave my appointments, I feel like my concerns have been addressed and I have been given a good idea of the next steps in the process of care. Overall, a good experience for a frightening ailment
I had to have surgery yesterday due to having a heart attack 2 years ago. I am being seen by Dr. Fordice for regular heart care and Dr. Reiss as my surgeon. I can NOT being to express the high level of care that I receive from this medical group. They are so understanding and listen to what you have to say and how you are feeling. I am so incredibly grateful for them.
My mom has gone down hill since Dr Harper left. This new quack seeing my mom is not good. Mom has been with this place since 2009, time to find her a better place, where the doctors have more knowledge.
