However, it is crucial to acknowledge the two negative customer reviews provided. One review expresses frustration with difficulties in obtaining directions and a subsequent rescheduling of an appointment. These reviews, while anecdotal and representing individual experiences, should be taken into consideration by potential patients. It is important to note that these reviews do not provide a comprehensive picture of the entire hospital or the experiences of all patients.
Given the mixed information and the absence of specific positive feedback in the provided data, it is challenging to highlight specific positive features or promotional information for Aurora Health Care St. Luke's related to cardiac care. While specific details about the environment and a full spectrum of services would require direct inquiry, the negative customer reviews regarding communication and patient care are important to note. Potential patients should conduct further research and direct communication with the hospital to make an informed decision about their cardiac care needs.

The worse! I called to let then know I'm on my way due to traffic. I come can't give me instructions to come i get lost and they reschedule!!! They should give better instructions and answer their phone!!
My grandfather has been here for a bit and the nurses are terrible and the services are just honestly terrible, a hospital is a place where you’re supposed to be cared for. The nurses here have told him to “shut up” while he was screaming in pain, he was supposed to have procedures done around 2 hours ago and they have just now taken him. He’s been hungry and can’t eat due to the procedures having to be done, they are neglectful and mean.
Doctors are awesome but the nursing and housing assistance are terrible. My husband is there and his room has not been cleaned since he’s been there and they didn’t provide any hygiene products. The conditions that they have the patients living in is bound to keep you feeling sick and depressed
Horrible experience... Dragged my issues out for 6+ months... never even checked what I actually went in for? But they did every possible other thing that could be done. $35,000 plus dollars in imaging alone. I went outside of Aurora to a bone and joint specialist. After nearly 7 months I was given some hope and some definite diagnosis? Severe necrosis of the femoral head of my hip....
Hospital is a joke I haw been in here for over 20 days. Due to their negligence and non communication I have to be here even longer now!
