Associates in Cardiovascular Disease Introduce

For individuals in New Providence, New Jersey, and the surrounding communities seeking a "Heart Doctor Near Me," Associates in Cardiovascular Disease, located at 571 Central Ave STE 115, New Providence, NJ 07974, USA, offers a range of cardiovascular services. Online reviews provide mixed feedback regarding the patient experience, with high praise for the medical staff but concerns raised about administrative aspects of the practice. Potential local users may find this information valuable in making informed decisions about their cardiac care.

One patient review highlights significant issues with the front desk staff, stating that they "need to have some better manors." The reviewer recounts an experience of being late for an appointment by ten minutes due to traffic and receiving a negative reception. This patient also points out a discrepancy between the office's request to arrive 15 minutes prior to the appointment and subsequently experiencing a 15-minute wait past their scheduled time. This feedback suggests potential inefficiencies or issues with punctuality and customer service at the administrative level. However, the same review offers strong praise for the medical professionals, noting that "The Drs & Nurses are way beyond great," while lamenting that "the front end does not reflect this." This indicates a potential disconnect between the quality of medical care provided and the patient's experience with the administrative staff.

Another patient review expresses considerable dissatisfaction with the process of receiving echocardiogram results. This patient reports a delay of "WELL over a working week and several phone calls" to obtain their results. The reason given for the delay was that the overseeing physician, Dr. Farry, had reportedly "not left a note" before going on vacation. This lack of timely communication and follow-up regarding important diagnostic results is a significant concern, as it can cause anxiety and delay necessary medical decisions. The patient explicitly states being "very displeased" with this experience, further emphasizing the need for efficient and reliable communication of test results within the practice.

Despite the concerns raised about the administrative aspects, the positive feedback regarding the doctors and nurses suggests that Associates in Cardiovascular Disease employs skilled and dedicated medical professionals. While specific details about the environment of the clinic are not provided in the reviews, the praise for the medical staff implies a focus on delivering quality patient care within the examination rooms and during medical consultations. However, the negative comments about the front desk and the delay in receiving test results indicate areas where the overall patient experience could be improved.

As an "Associates in Cardiovascular Disease," it is reasonable to expect that the practice offers a comprehensive range of services related to the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of heart and vascular conditions. Although the reviews do not detail the specific services provided, typical cardiology services include:

  • Comprehensive Cardiac Evaluations: This involves a thorough review of the patient's medical history, a physical examination, and discussions about any symptoms or concerns related to heart health. The praise for the doctors suggests these evaluations are likely thorough and well-conducted.
  • Diagnostic Testing: Cardiologists utilize various tools to assess heart function and identify potential issues. These may include electrocardiograms (ECG/EKG), echocardiograms (as mentioned in one of the reviews), stress tests, Holter and event monitors, and potentially blood tests to evaluate cardiac risk factors. The delay in receiving echocardiogram results, however, highlights a potential issue in the timely communication of these tests.
  • Management of Cardiac Conditions: The doctors at the practice likely manage a range of heart conditions, such as hypertension, coronary artery disease, heart failure, arrhythmias, and hyperlipidemia. The positive feedback about their expertise suggests a high standard of medical management.
  • Preventive Cardiology: Educating patients on how to reduce their risk of developing heart disease is a crucial aspect of cardiology. While not explicitly mentioned, it is expected that the doctors would provide guidance on healthy lifestyle choices.
  • Follow-up Care: Regular monitoring and follow-up appointments are essential for managing chronic heart conditions. The concerns about the front desk manners and the delay in test results raise questions about the overall efficiency of follow-up communication and scheduling.

A potential feature of Associates in Cardiovascular Disease is the apparent high caliber of the medical professionals, as explicitly praised in one of the reviews. Patients seeking a "Heart Doctor Near Me" may prioritize the expertise and dedication of the doctors and nurses. However, it is equally important to consider the administrative aspects of a medical practice, as negative experiences with the front desk or communication can significantly impact overall patient satisfaction.

Currently, there is no promotional information available for Associates in Cardiovascular Disease based on the provided data. Local users considering this practice should weigh the positive feedback regarding the medical staff against the reported negative experiences with the administrative processes. The discrepancy between the perceived high quality of medical care and the issues with the front desk and communication of test results is a crucial factor to consider.

In conclusion, Associates in Cardiovascular Disease in New Providence, NJ, appears to offer high-quality medical care provided by experienced doctors and dedicated nurses. However, potential local users searching for a "Heart Doctor Near Me" should be aware of the concerns raised in patient reviews regarding the manners of the front desk staff and the timeliness of communication, particularly concerning test results. While the medical expertise seems to be a significant strength, addressing the administrative challenges could further enhance the overall patient experience. Individuals interested in this practice may want to inquire specifically about their communication protocols and administrative processes when contacting the office at (908) 464-4200 or +1 908-464-4200 to make an informed decision about their cardiac care.

The desk need to have some better manors. I was late by 10 mins, got all sorts of great. I have no control over traffic, they request you be there 15mins B4 appointment ,only to sit 15mins past appointment time. The Drs & Nurses are way beyond great, again the front end does not reflect this.

Took them WELL over a working week and several phone calls to receive the results of my echocardiogram. Apparently Dr. Farry had "not left a note" for anyone to call me with the results before he went away on vacation. Suffice to say, I am very displeased with my experience.
