Advanced Heart And Vein Center, Denver Clinic Introduce

If you are searching for a "Heart Doctor Near Me" in the Denver area, the Advanced Heart And Vein Center, Denver Clinic, located at 4500 E 9th Ave Suite 540, Denver, CO 80220, USA, offers services in cardiology and vascular care. To provide an objective overview, we will consider the information available, including feedback from real customers.

The Advanced Heart And Vein Center indicates that it provides care for both heart and vascular conditions. This suggests a comprehensive approach to cardiovascular health, potentially offering services ranging from the diagnosis and management of heart diseases to the treatment of vein-related issues. For local users seeking a "Heart Doctor Near Me" who also addresses vein concerns, this center might appear to be a convenient option.

However, it is crucial to consider the experiences shared by patients. One detailed review paints a concerning picture of the clinic's responsiveness and patient care. The reviewer, identifying as an RN with 25 years of experience, described waiting eight days for a call back after reporting lower extremities swelling and pain following a new medication prescription. They reported calling the office on day one and day eight without a resolution. Ultimately, the reviewer resorted to calling the after-hours service, experiencing a significant delay in receiving a call back. This led to a highly negative assessment of the cardiac group, suggesting a lack of timely attention to patient concerns and even recommending that individuals with cardiac problems should instead visit a trusted Emergency Room. The reviewer's concluding remarks strongly advise caution and even suggest seeking legal counsel, based on their perception of "dereliction of duty." This feedback raises significant concerns about the clinic's communication and responsiveness to urgent patient needs.

Another review highlights issues with the administrative aspects of the clinic. This patient reported that the office manager and front desk personnel were resistant to acknowledging that the patient's out-of-pocket maximum had been reached, thus arguing about a co-pay. Additionally, there was a dispute regarding the clinic's acceptance of Colorado Medicaid. The reviewer expressed frustration that their proof of reaching the out-of-pocket maximum was not readily believed and pointed out the ease of verifying this information with the insurance company. This experience was described as "very unprofessional," indicating potential challenges in dealing with the clinic's administrative staff regarding billing and insurance matters.

Based on these two customer reviews, there is no positive feedback available regarding the environment, specific services, or features of the Advanced Heart And Vein Center. The provided testimonials focus on negative experiences related to communication, responsiveness to medical concerns, and administrative processes. Therefore, an objective introduction must acknowledge these reported shortcomings.

While the center's name suggests a focus on advanced care for both heart and vein conditions, the lack of positive reviews and the serious concerns raised in the available feedback prevent a positive portrayal of its environment, services, or features. Potential local users searching for a "Heart Doctor Near Me" should be aware of these reported experiences when considering the Advanced Heart And Vein Center, Denver Clinic.

Given the nature of the provided feedback, it would be inappropriate to speculate on promotional aspects or highlight features without any supporting positive information. The emphasis must remain on the objective reporting of the available customer reviews, which, in this case, are critical.

If you are considering the Advanced Heart And Vein Center, Denver Clinic, located at 4500 E 9th Ave Suite 540, Denver, CO 80220, and wish to learn more about their services, you can contact them at (720) 772-8040 or +1 720-772-8040. However, it is strongly recommended that you weigh this information against the negative experiences reported by other patients regarding communication, responsiveness, and administrative practices. When seeking a "Heart Doctor Near Me," it is advisable to gather a comprehensive understanding of potential providers, and the available reviews for this clinic highlight areas that may warrant careful consideration.

In conclusion, while the Advanced Heart And Vein Center, Denver Clinic, indicates it offers cardiac and vascular care at its Denver location, the current customer feedback raises significant concerns about patient communication, the handling of urgent medical issues, and administrative professionalism. Local users searching for a "Heart Doctor Near Me" should take these experiences into account when making their healthcare decisions.

Office manager and front desk person refused to listen when told that out-of-pocket maximum was reached so no co-pay should be due. Also argued about whether or not they accepted Colorado Medicaid. When a patient has proof that their out of pocket has been reached, they should be believed. It’s an easy call to insurance to verify. Very unprofessional.

They were so so kind and helpful. My mother had an emergency and they got her in promptly. The office we went to even had an operating room and beds so she didn't have to spend the night in the hospital. The caregivers were all so nice to her.
