I've dealt with 2 physicians at this practice, and do not have a problem with either of the physicians. I am grateful for them saving my life in the middle of the night. However their support staff, including medical support and office staff leave so much to be desired. The sad part is they have actually made improvements over the last 3 years, but so much is still needed. I would definitely NOT recommend the cardio rehab department at Adena.

Took my friend there last week. Rude receptionist... DIRTY EXAM ROOM. ---- " BEEN CLEANED" sign on the counter though...... LAUGHABLE...... SO I MAY BE CRAZY....but balled up paper and a large TOE NAIL is not clean. Doctor was a bit snotty when my friend asked about some things.. You know the type--- better than you vibe. HATE WE HAD TO EXPLAIN THINGS 3X. To receptionist, intake & doctor. So that's my opinion. 🙄

I personally dont go here but my grandmother does and dr. patel is a great doctor and is very reliable and able to explain things so she can understand.
