For individuals in the McAllen, Texas area seeking specialized cardiac care within the platform category "Heart Doctor Near Me," we introduce Rio Grande Cardiovascular and Structural Heart, located at 100 E Ridge Rd Suite A, McAllen, TX 78503, USA. To contact Rio Grande Cardiovascular and Structural Heart, you can use the phone number (956) 682-5665 or the mobile number +1 956-682-5665. Information regarding the specific environment of Rio Grande Cardiovascular and Structural Heart is not extensively detailed in the provided text. However, clinics specializing in cardiovascular and structural heart care typically provide a professional medical setting. You can likely expect a waiting area, consultation rooms, and examination rooms equipped with necessary medical equipment for cardiac assessments, which might include echocardiography and ECG machines. Given the focus on structural heart conditions, they may also have facilities or affiliations for more advanced diagnostic imaging and interventional procedures. When you contact the clinic, you may wish to inquire about the facilities available to ensure they meet your needs.
The name "Rio Grande Cardiovascular and Structural Heart" indicates a dual focus in terms of services. "Cardiovascular" generally refers to the heart and blood vessels, encompassing a wide range of conditions such as coronary artery disease, hypertension, arrhythmias, and heart failure. "Structural Heart" refers to abnormalities in the heart's valves, walls, or chambers. Therefore, the services offered at this clinic likely include diagnosis, treatment, and management of both common and complex cardiovascular issues, as well as specific interventions for structural heart diseases. This might involve non-invasive testing, medication management, and potentially coordination with hospitals for interventional procedures such as valve replacements or repairs, and other structural heart interventions.
A key feature highlighted in one of the patient reviews is the long-term relationship with Dr. Enslein, spanning from 2006 to the present (2024). This patient praised Dr. Enslein for efficient visits, avoiding unnecessary tests, and being direct about their health. The review also specifically mentions the courtesy and helpfulness of Cristina with scheduling and insurance matters. This suggests that the clinic, at least in the experience of this patient, offers efficient and patient-focused care with a helpful administrative staff member.
However, another review presents a contrasting experience, expressing significant dissatisfaction with the clinic's scheduling practices. This patient reported multiple reschedulings of an appointment that was initially made in October, with a further rescheduling proposed until March. The reviewer expressed frustration about the inability to receive timely care, describing the healthcare system at the clinic as "disappointing." This feedback points to potential issues with appointment availability and the clinic's scheduling management.
There is no promotional information available in the provided text regarding Rio Grande Cardiovascular and Structural Heart. Therefore, we cannot comment on any special offers or unique features being promoted by the clinic at this time. To learn about any such information, you would need to contact their office directly.

I have been a patient of Dr. Enslein since 2006. My most recent 3 visits in 2024 have been very efficient having been seen at my scheduled times. Dr. Enslein has never ordered unnecessary tests and has always been a straight-shooter with my health. Shout out to Cristina for her overall courtesy & polite demeanor while assisting me with follow-up scheduling and insurance.
If there was an option for 0 stars I would. I’ve had an appt scheduled since October and it was been rescheduled by the clinic multiple time and now they want to reschedule until March. How am I suppose to get the care I need if they don’t make time for their patients. The unfortunate health care system at this clinic is disappointing.
Had my appointment canceled. I have a job. It’s not like I can just go whenever they want. I asked for the day off in advanced for a reason. I asked the lady if there is another doctor I can be referred to and she said no they are all on call. So we don’t matter then?
