Horrible office management. They make you wait months to see your cardiologist then either cancel or schedule you with a nurse after waiting months to see the doctor. Then when you get upset they are quick to dismiss you. Office manager is very unprofessional and they generally don't care about patients or quality of care. Don't waste your time here unless your an elderly person. This office needs to be shut down and staffed with quality health care workers.
My wife was taken by ambulance in June, and the cardiologist she seen in the hospital said to get with his office and set a appointment. Here it is almost October and no appointment. When you call the office the unprofessional and rude and condescending attitude is horrible. Wvu cardiologists are an absolute joke to the patient's. Anyone that reads this post , call marietta cardiologist they care about their patient's.
The medical staff at this cardiac care office did a terrific job of taking care of me as I underwent a stress test and cardiac evaluation. They were efficient and professional, especially Andrea, who was always moving between patients and staff, providing care and guidance with ease.
Appointment canceled 6 days before, been waiting almost two months. Was told the next opening, two more months.
Handicap parking was not level. Once arrived at the front door they were automatic. The staff at the register was very kind. The technician who had me to go with her she was personal and pushed my wheelchair for me. She talked with me about my test when I asked her what will this test show. I highly recommend Parkersburg cardiology department.
