HeartPlace Frisco Introduce

Are you searching for a reliable and experienced heart doctor in the Frisco, Texas area? Within the category of "Heart Doctor Near Me," HeartPlace Frisco stands as a local healthcare provider dedicated to offering comprehensive cardiac care. Located at 13192 Dallas Pkwy Suite 610-B, Frisco, TX 75034, USA, HeartPlace Frisco aims to serve the local community with a range of services focused on maintaining and improving heart health.

HeartPlace Frisco, under the guidance of its medical professionals, including a doctor identified as Doctor Idris, provides a professional environment for patients seeking cardiac care. While specific details about the clinic's ambiance are not extensively available online, healthcare facilities of this nature typically prioritize patient comfort and accessibility. You can likely expect a clean and organized setting designed to facilitate consultations, examinations, and potentially some diagnostic procedures. The office is reachable by phone at (469) 213-5969 or via mobile at +1 469-213-5969, making it convenient for local users to schedule appointments or inquire about services.

Based on available information, the services offered at HeartPlace Frisco appear to encompass both diagnostic and potential interventional cardiology. One patient review highlights a significant experience involving open-heart surgery, suggesting that the doctor is affiliated with a hospital where such major procedures are performed. This indicates a level of expertise in managing serious cardiac conditions. The positive feedback from this patient emphasizes the doctor's "amazing bedside manner," thorough explanations provided to both the patient and family, and the sense of trust instilled during a critical and "scariest time." This testimonial speaks volumes about the doctor's communication skills and patient-centered approach, which are crucial aspects of quality healthcare.

However, it is important to consider all available feedback to gain a balanced perspective. Another review presents a contrasting experience, alleging a "sales pitch" and a requirement for an additional sonogram despite seemingly positive test results. This patient perceived the recommendation as a "money grab" and expressed intentions to discontinue services at HeartPlace Frisco and switch primary care physicians. This negative feedback raises concerns about potential discrepancies in perceived necessity of procedures and the clarity of communication regarding treatment plans and associated costs.

To provide a comprehensive understanding of HeartPlace Frisco's features, we can infer some common aspects of a cardiology practice. Typically, a heart doctor's office would offer services such as:

  • Consultations and Evaluations: Initial meetings to discuss patient history, symptoms, and assess cardiovascular risk factors.
  • Diagnostic Testing: This may include electrocardiograms (ECG/EKG), echocardiograms, stress tests, Holter monitoring, and potentially referrals for more advanced imaging like cardiac CT or MRI scans performed at affiliated facilities.
  • Management of Heart Conditions: Treatment plans for various cardiac conditions such as hypertension, coronary artery disease, heart failure, arrhythmias, and valvular heart disease.
  • Preventive Cardiology: Guidance on lifestyle modifications, risk factor management, and strategies to prevent the onset or progression of heart disease.
  • Post-operative Care: Follow-up appointments and management for patients who have undergone cardiac procedures or surgeries.

Given the mention of open-heart surgery in one review, it is likely that Doctor Idris has admitting privileges at a local hospital and collaborates with a broader cardiac team for more complex interventions. This suggests a capability to handle a wide spectrum of cardiac needs, from routine check-ups to critical surgical care.

Regarding promotional information, none was explicitly provided in the given data. Therefore, an objective introduction must refrain from creating any speculative promotions. Local users are encouraged to contact HeartPlace Frisco directly at the provided phone numbers to inquire about specific services, accepted insurance plans, appointment availability, and any current promotions or special offers that might be running.

In conclusion, HeartPlace Frisco, located in Frisco, Texas, offers cardiac care services to the local community. Patient experiences appear to be varied, with one patient expressing high satisfaction with the doctor's bedside manner and expertise during a serious health event, while another reports dissatisfaction with perceived unnecessary testing and a lack of transparency. As a potential user within the "Heart Doctor Near Me" category, it is advisable to consider these different perspectives and conduct your own due diligence. This may involve contacting the clinic for more information, verifying insurance coverage, and potentially seeking additional reviews from other sources to make an informed decision about your cardiac healthcare needs. HeartPlace Frisco's physical address and contact information are readily available for those who wish to explore their services further.

For individuals prioritizing a doctor with strong interpersonal skills and a reassuring approach, the positive review regarding Doctor Idris's bedside manner may be a significant factor. Conversely, the concerns raised in the negative review regarding potential over-testing and billing practices should also be taken into consideration. Ultimately, choosing a healthcare provider is a personal decision that should be based on individual needs, preferences, and a thorough evaluation of available options. Local users are encouraged to reach out to HeartPlace Frisco to have their specific questions answered and to determine if their services align with their cardiac health requirements.

My first encounter with Doctor Idris was in the hospital when I got told I needed open heart surgery. His bedside manner was amazing, He explained everything to me and my family members. It was the scariest Time in my life and I am so thankful for him. I only trust a few doctors and he is one of them!

Got referred here from my primary to take another test. Test today came back great, vitals great, everything great. Then the doctor comes in and says everything looks great, hits me with a sales pitch, and then says I have to get a sonogram in order for him to clear me… Complete money grab. Wont be coming back here and will also be switching primary doctors because of my experience today.

I was referred here by my PCP and was welcomed with professional decorum and etiquette. Dr. William answered all of my questions and addresses my concerns. Tiffany was patient and efficient. Thank you

Dr. Idris is the best physician I have ever met. He spent 45 min with me and and my husband and explained the heart in layman's terminology that everyone can understand. He took a very practical approach to treatment and was very relatable. I feel so lucky to have met him and established patient care with him and his amazing staff. Thank you!!!

Dr. Idris saved my life, and has guided me extremely well through my recovery. Excellent bedside manner, personality and communicative. The staff is great too, helping out with coupons for high cost drugs and getting test results. They've made an extremely unexpected and traumatic situation, tolerable.
