I'll start by saying my Dr is great. Everything else about this location is about as bad as a hot poker through your eye. I sat on hold for over 25 min only to hear the phone receiver picked up and then put back on hold at least 6 times. I guess the entitled employees there feel they don't need to do their job and can just flake off on patients that need help. The person taking my order at McDonald's would be a better employee than the trash they have answer the phones here.
They charged $17 to send medical records to a doctor that actually listens to concerns and treats them. That said, the office staff was always pleasant.
This medical group has always been perfect in every respect. Everyone is great!
