I've been going here since I ended up in the emergency room with AFib back in 2020. I was seeing Dr Eaves until he retired, and I'm now being treated by Dr Murtaza. I'm very pleased with the care I've received at Carolina Heart and Vascular!

Very very unprofessional administrative staff, you can get anyone on the phone no matter what # you push; extremely insensitive regarding the patients & you deal with the elderly. Very disappointed because the doctors are good😞

Received a voicemail while at work to call and schedule. I call back multiple times over 10 days and never got ahold of anyone. Left messages and never got a call back! Did not like the tone of who I spoke with when I finally got someone by stressing to the operator that I needed to get ahold of someone. That is not how you run an office, especially at a heart facility!!

So far my experience here has been positive with a few minor scheduling miscommunications. The front staff has been polite and helpful each of my visits. I would recommend this practice.
