Dr. Conrad Failinger was a complete jerk to the point where I almost got up and walked out of my appointment. It's a shame because Carilion Hospital use to be the first choice I wanted to go to. Now I would rather drive a little further to Lewis Gayle Hospital in Christansburg and see their doctors. They are way better.

This review isn't for the Doctor's it's for the staff answer phones and scheduling appointments. Each time calling I was spoke to rudely and hung up on..I am unsure if I would want to be seen there if this is how people are received..
