Cardinal Heart & Vascular, PLLC Introduce

For individuals in US seeking information about a heart and vascular center for their loved ones residing in Sanford, North Carolina, United States, this detailed introduction focuses on Cardinal Heart & Vascular, PLLC. Understanding the importance of comprehensive care for both heart and vascular conditions, especially when assisting family members from overseas, this overview aims to provide a thorough understanding of the center's environment, services, and features based on the available information, which includes contrasting patient experiences.

Cardinal Heart & Vascular, PLLC, is located at 2609 S Horner Blvd, Sanford, NC 27332, USA. Situated on South Horner Boulevard, the center likely provides a medical office environment for patients seeking specialized care for their heart and vascular health. One patient noted the unusual combination of cardiology and urgent care within the same facility, which might suggest a broader scope of services offered at this location. However, specific details about the clinic's ambiance or amenities are not extensively detailed online. Patient experiences regarding the operational efficiency and professionalism appear to be varied, as indicated by the provided reviews.

As a heart and vascular practice, Cardinal Heart & Vascular, PLLC, likely offers a range of services related to the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of diseases affecting the heart, arteries, and veins. While a comprehensive list of all services offered is not explicitly available online, based on the center's name and the specialties implied, patients can generally expect access to a broad spectrum of specialized services, which likely include:

  • Cardiology Services: Focused on the heart and its blood vessels, these services typically encompass:
    • Comprehensive Cardiac Evaluations: Utilizing diagnostic tools such as Electrocardiogram (ECG/EKG), Echocardiography, Ambulatory Cardiac Monitoring (Holter and Event Monitors), and Stress Testing (Exercise and Pharmacological).
    • Management of Heart Conditions: Developing and implementing treatment plans for conditions like coronary artery disease, heart failure, arrhythmias, hypertension, and hyperlipidemia. This may involve medication management, lifestyle recommendations, and referrals for interventional procedures.
    • Preventive Cardiology: Identifying and managing risk factors for heart disease through patient education and lifestyle modifications.
    • Follow-up Care: Providing ongoing monitoring and management for patients with existing heart conditions.
  • Vascular Services: Focused on the arteries and veins outside of the heart, these services typically encompass:
    • Diagnosis of Vascular Conditions: Utilizing non-invasive and invasive techniques to diagnose conditions such as peripheral artery disease (PAD), deep vein thrombosis (DVT), varicose veins, and spider veins.
    • Treatment of Peripheral Artery Disease (PAD): Offering medical management and potentially minimally invasive procedures to improve blood flow.
    • Management of Venous Disorders: Providing treatment for varicose veins and other venous conditions.
  • Urgent Care Services: The mention of urgent care suggests that the facility may also offer immediate medical attention for non-life-threatening illnesses and injuries. The integration of these services within a cardiology and vascular center is noted as "odd" by one reviewer, and the extent to which this impacts the specialized cardiovascular and vascular care is unclear from the provided information.

Patient reviews offer contrasting perspectives on Cardinal Heart & Vascular, PLLC. One patient reported a negative experience involving significant waiting times and a mix-up with appointments, leading to an hour-long delay in being seen. This patient described the situation as "very unprofessional" and indicated an intention to avoid further care at this location after trying their other office. This review raises concerns about the administrative processes and patient flow at the Sanford location.

Conversely, another patient reported having "never have a problem" during their visits. They specifically praised "Dr. Jay," stating that he "knows his stuff" and that both he and his staff are "very professional." This positive feedback suggests that the quality of medical care provided by at least one of the doctors, Dr. Jay, and potentially some of the staff, is well-regarded by some patients. The discrepancy between the two reviews highlights the potential for variability in patient experiences at this center.

The mention of "Dr. Jay" suggests that he is likely one of the primary physicians at Cardinal Heart & Vascular, PLLC. The positive review specifically attributes professionalism and expertise to him and his staff, which is a crucial aspect for individuals seeking specialized medical care. However, the negative review indicates potential issues with administrative processes and appointment management that could detract from the overall patient experience, regardless of the physician's competence.

Currently, there is no specific promotional information available online for Cardinal Heart & Vascular, PLLC. Medical practices often rely on their reputation and patient referrals to attract new patients. For specific inquiries about the physicians on staff (including the full name and credentials of "Dr. Jay"), the complete range of services offered in both cardiology and vascular specialties, the integration with urgent care services, insurance plans accepted, or appointment scheduling, it is recommended to contact the center directly using the provided phone number: (919) 718-0102 or the mobile number: +1 919-718-0102.

In conclusion, for individuals in US seeking a "Heart Doctor Near Me" that also addresses vascular concerns for their loved ones in Sanford, North Carolina, Cardinal Heart & Vascular, PLLC, located at 2609 S Horner Blvd, offers both cardiovascular and vascular services, and also appears to integrate urgent care. Patient reviews present a mixed picture, with one highlighting significant issues with waiting times and unprofessional administrative handling, while another praises the expertise and professionalism of "Dr. Jay" and his staff. Potential patients may want to consider these contrasting experiences when making their decision and may benefit from directly contacting the center for more information about their specific needs and to inquire about the qualifications and specialties of the physicians on staff, as well as the operational procedures that may impact their visit experience.

If I could leave zero Stars I would. I waited for over an hour for a doctor to come in there for less than a minute. Never have I ever felt so disrespected and so. I couldn't even give him my most concerning parts because as soon as I gave him one thing he just left. This place is a money pit and only sees you as payment they do not care about your health.

This was my second appointment and I waited forty minutes to be put in a room, and an hour and a half to see the doc. Dr J came in, said “things look good,” and sent me on my way. My first appointment he didn’t do anything because I was pregnant. This one, he clearly didn’t review my records or know why I was there. Wasted my time, money, and didn’t provide any health care. The staff and Dr J are nice, but completely unprofessional practice.
